Millennial Insurance Pros Bolster Social Media Use
Eighty-four percent of millennials employed in the insurance industry work in agencies, according to a new Vertafore study. Thirty-three percent are in customer management and account servicing, and 30% are in production and sales. They are substantially increasing their use of social media to strengthen customer support and retention, increase brand awareness, generate business leads, and hire/recruit employees. Almost half say they look forward to automation and other technology advances that will help them with efficiency.
